The Eibach Pro-Kit gives a somewhat conservative 1.2in drop (front) and a 1.0in drop (rear) where as the Eibach Sportlines is more of an agressive drop. The previous generation Accords the Sportlines gave a 2.0in drop (front) and 1.4in drop (rear). Currently Eibach does not have the Sportlines available for the new 2008' Accords.

I just wish that Ground-Control would come out with their sleeve coilovers like they did back for the 2003 Honda Accords. Ground-Control used Eibach springs which were adjustable from 1in to almost 3in all around.

Here's my old 2003 Honda Accord V6 Coupe with Ground-Control sleeve coilovers with an agressive drop.

My old 2005 Honda Accord Sedan with Eibach Sportlines

and the current ride... 2007' Honda Ridgeline with Sprint Springs (2in drop front & 1.75in drop rear).

Currently I'm looking into the possibly of getting a 08' Accord V6 Coupe. Yeah mannn!

Is anyone developing coilover-damper kits for the 4cyl's? Tein appears to only be making 6cylinder kits. Would those work on the 4cylinder? Would the parts fit?

In regards to the suspension, I'm assuming the only differences would be the weight. The other would be the amount of force on the suspension upon launching given the difference in power between the 4 and 6. Does anyone think there would be unfavorable outcomes with using 6cylinder springs on a 4cyl?

I just received a response from Tein about the development of a coil over kit for the Accord 4 cylinders:

---------------------------------------------------------
Hello Bob,

Thank you for your interest in TEIN High Performance Suspension products.
Unfortunately we have yet to release a coilover system for the '08+ Honda Accord, although our Basic and Super Street coilovers are in the final stages of development with arrival anticipated in the near future. If so desired, we could reply with additional product information and technical specifications via e-mail as they become available. As a reference, development is currently underway for both 4 cylinder and V6 models.

Best regards,
