alternator noise? - 8thAccord

I have an 09 Accord LX-P with the 5 spd manual that seems to whine during low rpm (1500-4000) driving. It sounds like a belt that is too tight, a kind of "wind through the trees" type sound. It is driving me crazy. Is this normal? We had an 06 SE with essentially the same engine that made no such noise. It reminds me of george jetzon's spaceship around 2000 rpm.

Sucks don't it give it a few Kmiles and it will subside. I also had a noisy PS pump on my 08 that took a call to customer service to get the dealer to replace it.
