PnP kit on a 08 sedan
I recently spent about one week doing research for isntalling HID kits on my 2008 sedan. the honda tech recommended me HIR bulbs, which are just regular halogens but brighter. i thought i couldn't get the same quality as a HID, but i was wrong! i installed them and i was just amazed..they're PnP and easy. look at the pics, and tell me what you think

I installed a set of 9006 HID's on a friends ex 4 door,... they look great (INSIDE the car)... totally blinding on the other side...I just ordered a set,... will keep you guys posted..... ohh I have a 2008 EX-L V6 Sedan....

Jwalnut,
How the hell did you get these bulbs to fit?... the socket is DEFINATELY too small,... dont get me wrong, if you squeeze/jam them in there they get pretty tight,... but you CANT lock them into place... how did you install yours? |

Hey Guys Im new to the forum but Id like to share my experience with you, since your using a bulb that uses the same type of lighting technology as your stock Halogen and since a halogen used 35w to 55 watts of power and stock headlight wiring is meant for those bulbs running a bulb which burns brighter and needs more power will surly have an impact on your wiring for your headlights. This might cause the wire to heatup and melt and it might go all the way to the fusebox and if it melts and touches other wires in the harness your going to have problems forever.
Hope you guys dont think im being rude, Dragos |
