3M Scotchguard Paint Protection Film

I just purchased a 2008 Accord EX Sedan and wanted to keep it under wraps from day one. I've searched around and found a new thing made by 3M that sticks onto the hood/bumper/headlights and whatever else you want to protect. I come from the old school of clip on hood bra's.

Can anyone give any experiences on these things or similar products? I'm planning on buying a kit from InvisibleMask.com and installing it myself. Seems easy enough.

I would personally tell you to have it done by a shop that does this kind of work on a regular basis. I've heard it's not the most simple, and can look bad if not done right. Just getting everything smooth and bubble free. I've seen a number of 8thgen civic owners happy with the results from 3m though

I just got the old school black one from the dealer. Not to hard to take on and off and don't cost much. I heard the 3m nose protective coating was rather expensive. I just use the Honda black bra for going to and from work to cut down on all the rocks and mud falling off the trucks and chipping up my front end.
