Roof Bike rack recommendations

Are there any available bike roof racks for the 08 Accord sedan yet? Has anyone found anything? Also is it possible to install a hitch to the Accord? Would it void the warranty? Thanks!

I'm pretty sure that neither would void a warranty if its installed properly. I've never heard of one doing so. For it to be voided I'm sure it would have to be drilled through the bumper or put wholes through the frame, which it wouldn't.

On the roof, you will probably find holes or covers along the weather stripping to put a rack in. Also, installing a hitch is usually easier and less incriminating to the car.

Thanks. I am not sure how aftermarket hitches are installed to the car but I would guess that they need to be bolted on something. I hope there are pre-drilled holes or some other provision for a hitch. If anybody knows something please post.

I found compatible hitches for 08 Accord here: 2008*Honda*Accord*hitch search *by etrailer.com (800)298-8924 they are class I meaning that you can only have 200 pounds of vertical load (for example bike rack with up to 3 road bikes max)
