I vote YES on navi...if it fits your budget. That thing is frickin' AMAZING! I've played with it at the store for over a year now, but after officially owning one and taking a trip with it...I'm more sold now than ever. Combine that with the HFL...hands down the best.
Too many people thing it's "just a fancy map". Au contrair. Find new places, never wonder where a gas station or ATM is, use the Calendar as a make-shift day-planner...you name it. The Navigation system is exactly $2,000 more. It's integrated from the factory, covered under warranty, one of the absolute best in the business (Acura's actually holds that spot, with Toyota and Nissan's navi system ranked somewhere in the 50s), voice-operated, and extremely easy to learn. And as mentioned before...the resale value will be awesome 3-6 years from now. |

Personally... No Nav.
300~500 for any simple GPS unit. 4000~5000 for the tuning... wow that is enough money for 3 years of tuning for me ![]() I/H/E will take 1500~2000. rest goes to rims, tint, skirts, shirts, pants, shoes. ![]() |

if you don't care about the hanging cables mess and windshield mounts dropping from the windshield while you drive take the regular model and use a portable GPS.
If you prefer a neat and clean dash and windshield get the indash nav model. Be aware that its more expensive and that in a couple of years the in dash system will not be top notch and you will not be able to upgrade it. Besides, in dash GPS voice control is so cool! You can ask things like: What time is it, Air conditioner On, Go Home (gets you directions to go in saved address), radio on, etc.. Last edited by need-for-accord : 02-03-2008 at 01:32 PM. I got the Coupe with the V6 and 6 speed man. It was the only one I could find in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. It didn't have it adn I didn't want to pay the extra to get it. My thoughts were that 90% of the time I know where I am going. If I was a taxi driver or a or a relastate agent going from place to place with clients it would be great and worth it. I now got a tomtom as a gift and I think it does all I need if I ever need it. You can get the bluetooth up grade in the car and many of the nicer after market navigators like a Garman 760 come with the bluetooth for your phone. You can get a super nice one for $400-500. You would have to go and look at them they do all sorts of things. Mine plugs in and has a rechargeable battery so it mounts so easy and don't look bad and it only cost $195.00
