College Hills posted a couple of estimated build dates.
Yes, its only an estimate, but they were not there last week, so maybe they got a bit of inside info.

Word has it that Aug 15 is the start build date of the new generation. That date does fall in line with the press embargo being lifted exactly 2 weeks later (Aug 29).

I expect to see accords trickle in shortly after that.
