Some people are saying 5-Series center console, but IMO, it looks more similar to the Mazda3 than anything else... well besides the obvious Civic roots too. I like, a lot. I hope the production version is very similar to this: http://sohc.vtec.net/news_files/687339/08acc_int-03.jpg

Mazda 3??

I still say 5-series' steering wheel, gauge cluster, navi hood, and triangular vents + MDX's lower center console.

And moving to exterior influences ...
Here is a p'chop someone did (way back) comparing the 5-series to the [taped] Accord (with BMW wheels).
