MPG (real consumption)

Hi,
Scuse me for my english, I'm french from Quebec Canada !

I'm planning to buy a Accord 2008 coupe automatic V6!

I'm owners on Accord 2003 coupe V6 3.0L automatic since 5 years.

How much MPG (miles per gallon) you obtained with your accord 2008 V6 ?

Can I expected 28 mpg when drive to 75 miles per hour ?

Thanks

I know you're asking for V6, I have a 4 cylinder, maybe you can compare my mpg to the Honda posted mpg. I keep track using Excel and I'm averaging 23.5 mpg, that is 75% Street and 25% Freeway. Some times i have a quicker take off but not all the time.

When you say FreeWay, does you mean HighWay ?
If Yes, does you run your car at 60, 75 or 90 miles by hour in your area ?

Thanks

I got 26.65 on my second tank going from Dallas to Hilton Head. I have the V6 with the 6 speed manual. My 06 Civic si started doing better after 30,000 miles. If you have the auto you have the VCM which should get you a few more MPG. I think as I get some more miles on this car it will do a little better. If I was to change my driving habits it would also do better but it was my first road trip and I wanted to have a little fun. I will tone it down on my way back and see how it does.

Ok I seemed to get 27.65 driving 70-75ish. There was a lot of rain as well might have cut my numbers some. If you get an automatic shouldn't be a problem since they have VCM on them and my 6 speed manual don't.
