My brother gave me this key, he got it from ebay, I think it was $25 shipped. just do a search for Honda Accord key or Honda switchblade key.
Once you get the key you just unscrew the only screw on the key and unclip to take the inside out. The fitment is almost perfect. I say that is because, not sure why, the trunk and panic button is a bit to the left. Then take it to your nearest friendly Honda dealer to have them cut the key. Some cuts it for free some charge a fee, I paid $5.50 for mine.
the other method is to get a 2007 Acura TL key and then program the key. Haven't tried this but maybe you can just take the transmitter (not sure what it's called) from the valet key and swapped it with the Acura key. My brother did this with his Element key and it worked perfectly.
