Great Choice!
I got the EX too...in the Bold Beige....and I feel the same way about the seats - took it on a 1200 mile vacation trip and they have to be some of the most comfortable I ahve every sat in for a long haul.
On the MPG, you will notice a change at around 5k Miles...after the computer maps to your driving habits you will get a boost there.
I averaged 30-31 Highway on my trip, and right at 25-26 in the city now.
