Hopefully I can help point you in the direction to start. If the Knuckles are the same from the TL-S and the new Accord coupe then it will probably work. I t could be as easy as a direct swap. As far as best bang for the buck. I would see if you could put on some dual pisotn calipers on the Accord. I own a 7th gen V6 6-speed and the dual piston calipers from the 1994 Acura Legend bolt up to the brackets with no problems. I have had them on for about three months now and there is a noticable feel in the braking. It costs me about $160 after it was all said and done. You can email a guy named Brian from FastBrake Enterprises, LLC - Intro He gave me alot of info and helped me out along the way. Since the 8th gen Accord is so new it might be a little while before any info gets out. I do know if the rotors are 11.1 inches then they will be a good fit. It would then depend on what brackets they use. Good luck.
