I am not a technical expert, but I would imagine it would be possible to upgrade the accord coupe brakes to the brembo's used on the TL type S, at least in the front.

What tecnical issues would this raise, if any?

What about the standard TL brakes? are they the same size or larger than the coupe's?

I ask because those brakes look small to me, especially behind 18 in wheels. I think the stock brake is 11 in. Many of the euro cars are up to 13-14 inches for front brakes!

Any technical specialists that can field this q?

Also, as always, $ is an issue....can it be done at a reasonable cost?
Can the dealer do it?
And, will there be any effect on the warranty?
